This property was much better than we expected, having thought it would look very budget. The room had very nice decor, the beds were comfortable. Our room was located at the back of the hotel as we'd requested a quiet room, and we were pleased, although it there is no elevator and it was difficult to drag our heavy luggage up the stairs, and the enclosure was inside but not air conditioned so extremely hot in July. The pool looked great although we didn't use it. We were in non-smoking, but there were some rowdy guests running through our floor and smoking. The hotel is located almost on the absolute other side of town away from Arches National Park, so it was quite a drive to backtrack the next day, then back through town to be on our way. The town has lots of restaurant choices families and adults alike. Lots of shops to browse through. No business center/computer available for guests. The young lady at the front desk at check-in was very helpful and provided us with a map of Arches Natl. Park!

Make no mistake. This is a nice place. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendy and helpful. Even the continental breakfast is good. I'd rate them higher, but my room was beside the pool - which tended to be a bit noisy until it closes at night.

04/24/2007Nice hotel for a good price. there was a smell of cigarette smoke outside the smoking rooms, but this was not overwhelming. good location for arches national park.
