I Booked this room on 10/15/10 for 10/16/10 where me, my fiancé, and daughter would be staying to attended a family reunion in Columbus, Ga. Well my daughter got sick that a.m. and we were not able to make the trip called to cancel and the guy I spoke with said it would be taken care of. I checked my bank statement and had a $*.& something charge, with $* dollars over the set charge I booked with priceline. When I called I got the run around and the General manager could and would never call me back and I tried for over a month and was told that she wouldn

Our overall stay was not too bad, but the main reason we chose this hotel was it's "Heated Indoor Pool" for our three kids to have some fun during our stay. The pool was indoors, but was definiely not heated. It was too cold to actually stick your foot in. We were very disappointed. If you are choosing this hotel for it's pool, I suggest you confirm that the pool will be heated during your stay.

We reserved a non-smoking room weeks in advance. When we checked in at 5:30 we were given a smoking room that smelled like 10 chain smokers had been in there. I asked the front desk to switch our room. She said that all of the non-smoking rooms were not available. I requested to speak to the manager. The manager would not speak to me and told the front desk cleck it was her job to deal with the customers. The clerk informed us that a non-smoking room was a "request" and that they did not have to honor requests. The clerk offered to spay the room with air freshener and to run a fan. The problem was not just with the air, the smoke was in the covers, mattress, pillows, rugs.....The room stank. Since it was a busy weekend we could not find another place to stay. We slept with the window open (in August!) and heard the highway traffic all night. We got little sleep and our clothes smelled the next day. We would not have booked a room at the Sleeep Inn if we knew that were getting a smoking room - we fell for their bait & switch. Stay at another hotel where management actually cares.

I stayed here originally a couple of years ago and I had a nice experience so I decided to stay here again in September 2009 and I was very disappointed. I was in town for an event and staying 2 nights...I did not leave my room until 11:30 a.m. (on the first morning) and I went to the front desk to let them know that I needed housekeeping to leave extra towels and the front desk clerk informed me that houskeeping leaves at noon and I said well it is 11:30. She said well they checked your room before they left and you still had the Do Not Disturb up. I said okay and asked for towels and she said...you can just drop by when you come back in and I said no, I want them now because it will be very late when I come in...she rolled her eyes and acted agitated and went to find towels. A few minutes later she came back with towels and did not say anything. The next day when i checked out...I handed her my key and said have a nice day and she did not say a word.
