I took my teenage daughter for some spring skiing over her Easter break. Beeing used to ski in Austria, we did not know what to expect in Jackson Hole. We arrived Saturday mid afternoon, organized Ski rental and lift tickets and went skiing Sunday in a cold but sunny day. Everything went real well and without delays. We had a great day skiing on Sunday. Snow conditions was excellent and the slopes were nicely groomed. The rooms at the hotel were nice and clean with a great view over the Teton valley and the mountains. The only complaint I have was the choice of good food at the hotel. The restaurant was overpriced and quality of food was very mediocre. Service was friendly, but very unprofessional. I had a hard time making them understand that I want my white wine to be chilled. It gave the impression that they had enough from the season and they were ready to close. We fund better food in Teton Village around the hotel. The rest of the days, bad weather with lot's of snow was the daily scenario. We spend the days looking for Elks, Muse and other wildlive on the road up to Yellowstone Park. It was also a very nice experience.

We stayed here for our Honeymoon for a week in late June and I had read a lot of reviews about this hotel, good and bad. First impressions were the hotel was clean and felt like home. The hotel has standard valet service which worked very well for us since we were in and out of the hotel a lot. I upgraded the room from the basic to I believe the mid-high grade room. When we arrived to the room which was somewhat confusing at first to get to, was tidy, clean, and just the right size. The hotel staff had set a complimentary plate of chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of wine on the coffee table which I thought was a very nice touch. It has Internet access but not much of a view which we expected since I did call the hotel way before we decided to stay there. I research a lot before I decide to jump into buying something and this hotel seemed like it was the best choice for us since it had more of a western feel to it. We both had never been out to the mid-west before so we wanted to get the best experience possible without having to stay in a cabin. It is about 15-25 min out of Jackson and is within striking distance of Yellow Stone which we visited quite a lot. The landscape views are just plain awesome in the surrounding area and did I mention that this hotel was a great place to stay?! Louis, Alabama

We booked a week at the Snake River Lodge & Spa as I had stayed there with a wedding party acouple of years ago. When we checked in I was surprised at how small the room was. I called down and spoke to Todd who identified himself as the Director of Rooms. When I told him that the room I had stayed in previously was definitely larger, he very condescendingly stated that all the rooms are the same size and that I must be mistaken. The service was not quite the way I had remembered it (room attendant forgot to leave toiletries, pitchers of ice water at the pool left empty towards the end of the day, had to call down to the front desk to remind them to turn the lights on at the pool in the evening, concierge talking on the phone to friends while we waited to ask questions) Maybe because it was off-season.

Great Hotel, we would stay there again. The staff was extremely helpful, and friendly. Didn't like paying the $* a day but I knew going in that was part of the deal. We did not use the services of the hotel. I think you should pay the $* only if you use the services if you don't use their services their should be no extra charge. But the $* a day charge would not keep me from going back. It was great all the way around. Beautiful decor, we had a lodge room and the view was not great, the room was very nice and very clean, beds were comfortable
