We stayed here to celebrate a birthday. We could not have asked for a more beautiful suite or view. It was very romantic and the suite/villa was incredible. It had 2 restrooms. Both with jacuzzi tubs. It included 2 fireplaces and a dining room table that seats 12. we could have our friends over if we wanted to. The terrace overlooked the vineyard. we also took advantage of the spa and got a relaxing couples massage. The spa facilities were amazing...Burke Williams or Glen Ivy have nothing on them. We were also able to enjoy a complimentary glass of wine after our spa treatment on the terrace overlooking their pool and vineyards. Definitely a very romantic and relaxing experience. we loved it. it is secludded, but yet close to the other wineries.

Who ever manages this hotel should be fired.. It is a beautiful property located in a great wine country. Unfortunately no one who works their has a clue. from the very first check in it was a disappointment. We reserved a king size bed room, the gave us a double queen and didn't tell us. we found out when we got to the room. I called and requested the room we reserved and they said they would send over a key right away. It took 30 minutes. Then we went to the pool. We asked the attendant if we could order a drink and he said of course. He came back 15 min later and said they only had beer. We ordered a beer. He came back 15 min later with 2 warm coronas with the tops still on and no bottle opener. He left and came back 10 min later with a bottle opener. We asked for info on wine tours and they looked at us like we were crazy. It's WINE COUNTRY.. duh!! It's was like this all weekend.. I felt like someone was going to jump out with a video camera and I didn't realize I was on some kind of reality tv comedy show. Unfortunately not. On top of it, they over charged us and I still have not been able to get a copy of the bill. They keep telling me they are going to fax it but never do.. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!! Someone should buy this great property and fire everyone.

What a wonderful internet find! We got a great mid-week deal... enjoyed a hot air balloon ride (not part of the hotel) starting in the parking lot of the hotel, had a fabulous tour of winery including wine tasting during and at the end (was part of hotel stay). They dealt with a room problem and gave an extra bottle of champaign... on top of the already complimentary wine bottle and glasses in each room. We didn't eat there but heard from other guests the food was fantastic. If it had been closer to the coast, we would have stayed again.
