It is a nice choice to stay if it is the first trip. You will find a lot of enthusiasm & friendly help from staff. Hotel is beautiful and has good location. Our room was enough and cleaned everyday, bed was very comfortable and PC with free internet in room was helpful. My wife and i were very pleasant when stay at this.

Perfectly functional hotel,very clean and the staff were very friendly. We needed an early check in and they were very accomodating. Room is warm and neat, free internet with PC in room is very helpful and handy. Great value for money.

This hotel is beautiful and still fairly new. The facilities are very good and the value for money is excellent. The buffet breakfast was good value also. The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help was as good as any I have come across even in luxury hotels. The location of the hotel is very good from a tourist perspective. I would not hesitate to stay here for next times

Room size is just adequate (neither too small nor big). Love the modern design and the smart use of space - the photos of the rooms on the hotel site are exactly like what you get. Hotel staffs are helpful and polite, and the free internet inside the room was an added advantage! Hotel location is near the station (with about 15 mins by walk) and points of arrival in center of Hanoi Old quarter. In addition, the hotel is only less than 10 mins walk to Dong Xuan night market (open weekly from Friday to Sunday) where you can buy many things cheaply.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and we really wish we had stayed longer! The room we stayed in was very big with a very large and comfortable bed and had enough essential gears. I was pleased with staff and services in here. Hotel is also a travel agency, it is helpful for arrange a tours around Hanoi and into the North of Vietnam.
