The overall experience was better than expected. The room was large and comfortable. It was clean and ready when we arrived. We would stay again. It was very well equiped with small refrigerator and microwave. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.

The hotel is clean. The staff is polite.Very close to rdu airport. We checked in late at night and requested a late checkout in the morning, they let us stay until 1:00pm with no extra charge. A free breakfast is served in the morning which was good except for the fact that there was no place to sit and eat it. All the tables and seats in the lobby were full. there was a lacrosse team who took all the seats. I would suggest that the hotel open an extra room when they know a large group is coming for breakfast.

Front desk staff were excellent. In comparison to other Springhill Suites; quality was poor. Mattresses were small and not comfortable. Hotel had odor of an old motel; did not smell very clean. Will never stay at this location again.

As the name of the hotel indicates, you receive a suite. It has a separate sitting area from the bed, dorm sized fridge, microwave oven and coffee service in the room. The free breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., which was fantastic! You have eggs, sausage, bagels, waffels, toast, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee or tea to choose from. There was a store in the lobby to buy snacks, microwavable foods, sodas, wine and beer. The room was perfectly cleaned, and the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The small pool and spa is indoors, so it can be used year round.
The only negative to this hotel was the location. It is not on a main road and is set back away from the street. Without a map it might be hard to locate. I saw the hotel had a shuttle, but did not inquire where it carried their guests to. Perhaps the airport...
