We came down from Winnipeg,Mb for 1 night stay. Great location, love the decor of the hotel. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast is awesome!! The best we have had at any hotel. Love that you also get fridge/microwave in all rooms. Free coffee/tea, all day available. Exercise room is very nice. tv's on cardio machines. pool is heated, yes, warm. hot tub too. We take the kids to the waterpark at Candinns ( 2min drive down the road), but we will always stay at this hotel, due to the better price and what you all get. We are planning to go back in mid March. :)

We stayed there our first time with a 5 month old and were impressed that the room was large enough to have all the stuff for the baby including a crib and still have enough room for us. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. They even have free fully stocked (drinks, chocolate bars and ice cream treats) fridges plus chips and snacks in the hallway for guests. Will definitely be coming back!!

We stayed at the SpringHill Suites 1 night in grand forks and thought this was a great hotel. It was very modern & updated. We loved the fireplace outside where you could sit at night and drink a glass of wine. The breakfast was also great and had a lot of options to choose from. Cereal, Yogurt, fruit, Make your own omelets, hard boiled eggs, sausage, etc. The place was pretty clean too and we really liked the set up of the room. It was nice having a living room area with couch & Desk and then having the sleeping area. I also really liked that you had 2 bathrooms which made it easy for multiple people getting ready in the morning (1 was toilet/sink/mirror the 2nd was shower/sink/mirror. I didn't use the workout facility but the equipment was all updated and new. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the hotel. We traveled up to Grand Forks with our 3 teenage kids, from the Twin Cities, to visit the UND campus. The hotel was brand new and everything was clean, fresh and modern. The decor is very contemporary and unique. The kids loved it because it didn't feel like a regular hotel. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. The contenental breakfast was probably the best I have ever had at a hotel. The breakfast included some very healthy choices, and very filling! Great place to stay...I highly recommend it.
