Stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. The front desk staff was courteous and very professional. The housekeeping staff kept the suite impecably clean. Didn't have to bump elbows w/other guest while getting the compl breakfast there was more than enough room. Most important to my husband and me were the comfortable beds. We experienced a good nights sleep for all three nights! We were located near the airport, but didn't experience any issues w/noise.

The hotel was very nice and you get value for your money. The rooms are very clean, nice comfortable beds and I loved the microwave/mini-refrigerator/sink in the rooms. Pool area very nice and an awesome gym. I only had problems with the Front Desk staff person, and the down side is there was no Manager on site for that weekend. So I had no one to voice my concerns to face-to-face. I emailed my concerns but never got a response back. Very poor customer service on management to not respond back.

Excellent in every way, and new too! The bed very comfy, the room serene, japanese style with micro and fridge. The breakfast was awesome, fruit, endless hot and cold options. The staff couldn't be nicer, gave me directions, were friendly, just wanted to help in every way. Excellent business center with printer and computers in the lobby. Shuttle service from airport was perfect. Will be staying again and again. he management is doing something very right here in training their staff and providing ""over the top"" customer service at every level. Hopefully, visitors will take notice and stay again and again.

This is a great hotel! The front desk and manager was very friendly and always greeted you each morning with a smile. The rooms were great; big and roomy, very clean, the bed slept great and I especially liked that they are all suites with a mini refrigerator and microwave and sink. The continental breakfast was outstanding with a big variety of hot/cold breakfast foods! The fitness center is state of the art and it was so nice I went twice a day! Very nice clean outdoor pool. I will go again in a heartbeat and will recommend it to friends.
