The lady at the front desk was FANTASTIC. I went to get a drink from the vending machine during the evening, and it ate my money... I went down to the lobby, told her what happened and she gave me my dollar back! You just dont see that kind of service much anymore. The facility seemed very nice, the FREE continental breakfast was really really good, they had a waffle maker, which the kids loved, and oatmeal, omelets, sausage, cereal, juice, everything! Its close to the airport, it has a shuttle, and all for an extremely reasonable price. I will definitely stay here if i have to spend the night in Tampa again. A++
