We were at the Hotel for five days, beginning 6/13/10. The staff was very pleasant and polite. The suite was large and clean. Breakfast was very good and varied on a rotation of three days. The complimentary dinners, Tuesday thru Thursday, were so so. Sometimes cold and they ran out on Thursday. Had some small problems and they came in quickly. Door knob fell off and remote wouldn't work. No big deal and handled wonderfully. Have used Embassy Suites before and liked Staybridge just as well.

We stayed at this hotel and there happened to be a small fire. The fire alarm system did not work properly. Not everyone was evacuated. In a time when you truly need a good hotel staff to assist you, Staybridge failed. My family was very unsafe and left out in the rain. Specifically, the management did not appear to have the crisis under control. In fact, there seemed to be no plan in the event of an emergency. Guests were forced to stay outside for over 3 hours with almost no communication as to the extent of the fire or if and when guests would be able to return. Up until the fire our stay had been pleasant. Since the incident, though, our questions about our safety have been dismissed, ignored, and we have been treated poorly by the staff. When asked for compensation, we are repeatedly told that we cannot be given any. How disappointing from an organization that is in the business of hospitality. Bottom line: STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The staff was extremely courteous and upon seeing we had 2 kids with us, automatically gave us a ground floor room- very much appreciated- and we didn't have to ask. Breakfast was great-bacon, eggs, waffles, etc... much better than some other chains offering free cont. breakfast. The rooms were very clean, the carpet was spotless and the bathrooms were surprisingly VERY clean. We will definetely stay here again.

This is a great hotel - have stayed here twice and will come back again. Perfect for our varied family group, but 2-bdrm suite is overpriced. The rooms are clean and spacious. The seating in the lobby is convenient and comfortable with a fireplace. Found front staff to be pleasant and the breakfast buffet is a plus!
