  My family and I stayed over the Christmas Holidays. We loved the two bedroom suite! My wife and I had a private bedroom and so did our children, we were able to get great sleep. The suite looked brand new SPOTLESS! The staff was super friendly and helpful. !

  The staff could not resolve problem with reservation, ended up with wrong type of room - made reservation 2 months prior. room was dirty and overall experience was poor.

  Upon arrival at this hotel we saw blood spots on the floor of the lobby, so we told the girl behind the check-in counter, and she didn't have anyone clean the spots for at least two hours, which is not healthy for people walking barefoot to the pool and back. In our room the floor was filthy under the hide-a-bed where it looked like it had not been vacuumed as it had dirt, nuts, old candy wrappers underneath. Had no linens in the room for the hide-a-bed. Breakfast was good and hot with good selections of eggs, sausage patties, cereal, toast, and fruit juices, but the coffee was served lukewarm which is not how I want it in the morning. The pool area was nice and so we enjoyed taking a dip before supper.

  This hotel was very clean and friendly. We traveled with a 21 month old and 3 year old and really enjoy ""suite"" hotels for vacations. It makes napping and bedtime easier so we can enjoy television or converstaion without disrupting the kids. Staybridge Suites was very clean and the staff friendly. They worked with us when we had to unexpectedly cut our trip short and they (management) were understanding and sympathetic. The kitchen was spotless and roomy. There are lots of restaurants nearby and we found them to be kid-friendly. We will return in the near future.
