we have booked this hotel thanks through travel onliney as I'm used to do and I never had any trouble. Here, the receptionist assigned us (my family, my son and our 6 month old baby) a smoking room because the hotel was full and because we had booked through travel online. Apparently this hotel reserve the best room to any classical customer and finaly keep the remaining one for travel online customer. I try to deal with him explaining that we were 4 families traveling with babies and kids and that it was tough to leave kids sleeping in those smelly and poluted room. But he just told me that they have huge problem with travel online and that it was like that and if I was not happy I could leave a bad review. So avoid this hotel or book it full price to have a chance to obtain a correct room.
