  Basically they tried to put us in a stinky smoking room when i prepaid over a month ahead for a non-smoking room. the key card worked when we unloaded ...

  Basically they tried to put us in a stinky smoking room when I prepaid over a month ahead for a non-smoking room. The key card worked when we unloaded our bags, but didn't when we tried to get back in the room. The excuse for the smoking room was that the hotel was 'overbooked'. My response was that if they were overbooked over a month ago, they should not have accepted my prepayment and reservation. After a trip into "the office" we were "upgraded" to the largest non-smoking room on the same floor...that just happened to be available. Even though they were "overbooked". Once we got all that taken care of, and our bags out of the stinky room, our stay was just fine. This experience will definitely make me think twice before prepaying again.

  We have stayed here multiple times. we love the suites with the separate bedroom. the kids get the pullout in the livingroom area and we get the bedroom. love the ...

  We have stayed here multiple times. We love the suites with the separate bedroom. The kids get the pullout in the livingroom area and we get the bedroom. Love the kitchen and dining area in the room. Very spacious. The kids love that they can make their own waffles in the morning.
