Staff was very friendly and helpful, 2 miles down the road is a mall with a lot of places to eat like olive garden, red lobster to name just a few, there is a chines buffett you can walk to, also CVS, this hotel is on the outskirts of charlotte (pineville). very quiet, the room was clean and so was the shower, had no problem what so ever, would stay there again.

This room was only $* and therefore I didn't expect much. It was close to a meeting site I was attending the next day. Front Desk was pleasant and quick check-in. Basic room appeared clean. Teflon on cooking pans worn badly and I would not use them. I just cooked some oatmeal in the microwave. I only stayed one night but I got what I paid for, a basic room with kitchenett and cable tv with free HBO.

I visted charlotte as i was moving from miami to charlotte for work . I first checked inn for a week and then stayed here for about 3 months . this is one of the finest hotel i have ever stayed in. My work makes me travel a lot and that i have stayed in many hotels i can say that i have never seen the clealiness and the staff that i have seen in this hotel. A couple of time i needed assistance and the maintanance took care of it right a way. i shall stay in this hotel when ever i shall come to charlotte.

I was in pinneville for my business meeting and i had made a reseervartion at extended stay america.I was really tired of the frequent loss of internet connection and the beds were also not that good for the price i paid so i thaught to move down to suburban extended stay and i never had a problem of internet connection being lost and even the room s were much better. i also made a good amount of saving because this hotel is much more less than extended stay america. definately coming back and recommend to all.

We are here to do the family reunion. Over all I am really satisfied with services I have recieved. I am definetly coming back to this hotel. In the area where everyone is charging above *** dollars when I shopped around but finally at this hotel the rates are much less than the competition. Rooms were nice and clean, Staff was really helpful, Hotel atmorsphere is really nice and quiet, Clean lobby, comfortable mattresses. Lot of food optiojns, nearby to the carolina place mall. In Short Its worth the Money
