In general an OK hotel. Nothing fancy, not even coffee in the room. A bit noisy through walls and loud a/c. Dated interior and old beds. I would say a solid 2 star hotel.

We had two rooms. In one room, #* there was only luke warm water to shower with. The TV color only worked part-time. In room #*, I saw several roaches running for cover when we turned the light on in the bathroom. We rented the rooms Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. No one explained to me when I checked in Wednesday afternoon that when we returned to our rooms fairly late Thursday night, the rooms would be untouched, no clean towels, no beds made. This is an extended stay motel, we found out later, so they only clean the rooms once a week. I do not understand that if three different people rented those rooms for the three days, they would have had to clean them everyday, so why shouldn't I have a clean room to return to? I also fault Travel Website for not making people aware of this. I mostly fault the employee that checked us in mostly for failing to tell us about having to bring dirty towels to the office to exchange them for clean ones, and not getting our rooms cleaned. The one positive thing I can say about our rooms was that they were quiet.

I'm Sorry, This Hotel is the most filthiest, unsanitary hotel I have ever stayed to. The Smoke frre Rooms smelled like smoke, there we burnt holes in the comferter nd the sheets. The coffee pot was filled with old coffe that someone else had made on a previous stay. We never got room service, We had to request for towels n go pick them up ourselves, but not before bringing back our old used towels for an exchange. Not to mention we had roaches in our room. The office sign says they open up at 7 noone showed up to the office un til 8:30. The board of Health & Hospitality needs to come and shut this place down. We were very unsatisfied with this Stay I WILL NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOT EVEN MY DYING DOG!!!

I booked three nights for Jazz FEst. When I got there the my reservation was not honored. I booked over a month in advance prepaid!!!! I had to drive to Baton Rouge to get a room. The manager is A B. No apologies or comps. Avoid at all costs.

I would not stay again because there is no breakfast/continental, pool or room service every day. I called and got no answer at the front desk for room service. Then I called back an hour later, the person informed me that unfortunately for weekly stays there's no housekeeping but once a week, even if you are staying only 1 week...how ridiculous is that! And, if you need extra soap and towels you will have to request & pick them up at the front desk yourself! The grounds and landscaping is awesome but the customers are secondary! Never
