  There was a huge Oil and Gas Conference happening in Houston so my regular hotel...and just about every other hotel in the city...was booked. I found the Super 8 and it had a reasonable drive to the client site, so I booked it. The area is not very nice but it is convenient. The staff was very friendly and very helpful - very positive experience here. The hotel was pretty clean - the floors in my particular room could use a good cleaning, but the bed was clean and comfortable. I really do not have any negatives about the hotel. It was a one night stay and served my purpose. It is a typical budget hotel with a very nice staff.
