When we checked in, the room was in excellent condition. The check in desk was very friendly. Although the room was small doubles as we requested it was adequate. We were on vacation to see the sights not spend the entire time in the room. The jacuzzi was a welcome relief after driving for six hours to arrive in Hot Springs. The only problem we encountered was with the hair dryer in the room not working. Once the manager was notified of this problem, however, I received a new hair dryer within a couple of hours. My regret is that we wanted to stay another day in the area at the same hotel Friday night; yet all rooms were already booked for the weekend by Wednesday afternoon. I definitely would recommend this hotel - I was traveling with my son 11 years old and he had a blast in the the sparkling clear pool during the times we were not sightseeing. The indoor corridors with monitored cameras left me feeling completely safe, even going to the microwave in the middle of the night ;none in the rooms, but in the lobby;.

The front desk was very rude when looking to see that I booked through Travel online. He continued to argue with me and tell me that there is no way that I could have gotten a better rate through travel online. Cable was static, no towels by the pool, and the breakfast was horrible (not many options.) Would not stay again.

The staff was corteous and the facilities were clean, although remeber to bring your own toiletries because they are stingy with theirs. The internet did not work, dial up or Wi-Fi. It was o.k. for the price. Not much selection for breakfast, NO JUICE- just water in the juice dispenser.
