This was an excellent stay from start to finish. The shuttle picked us up at the airport within 10 minutes of us calling, the front desk made sure we were in a room on the side opposite of the freeway, and upgraded us into a suite without even being asked. The room was quiet and comfortable. Shuttle service continued all night long, making it easy to get to the Mall of America for dinner. My only complaint was that the exit door near our room (which was as far away as possible from the lobby) was alarmed, meaning that we had to haul everything through the whole hotel when it came time to pack up to leave. Breakfast offerings are meager, so plan to eat elsewhere.

The staff at this motel were wonderful and made an otherwise average facility an outstanding choice. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a benefit, as was the shuttle to the Mall of America where I caught the light rail into downtown Minneapolis, saving an expensive cab fare. The front desk staff, shuttle driver, and person in charge of the breakfast room were all anxious to help and do whatever was needed to assist guests.

We only stayed here one night, but it met all of our needs: free shuttle to airport, continental breakfast, clean, well-maintained and very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. They made us feel very welcome and we would definately stay here again and recommend to others!

This hotel was a great place to stay before and after our flights out of the Minneapolis airport. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and the shuttle service was a great amenity! It took us to and from the hotel whenever we needed it to, and the drivers were very friendly!

We stayed here on a shopping trip to the Mall of America. The hotel is super close to the mall. The rooms were nice, but nothing extravagant. The only complaint I had was that the pillows were paper thin. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay, especially for the price!
