  Nice, clean room. The breakfast waffle was good, and the fruit I had was just exactly ripe. The rate was within budget, and no hidden fees. Close to both I-45 and Beltway 8. I will stay there again.

  This property was right by IAH, has really nice rooms, not the typical super 8 you are used to seeing. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely staying here every time I am in Houston for business.
