Would NOT recommend this particular Super 8

We rented 3 rooms as members of family went for a wedding. The beds were uncomfortable. If you sit on end of bed, the mattress would slide off. The carpets were dirty, the bathrooms were dirty. Towels were thin as paper. Only had one ice machine and it was right in front of our door. We could hear it running, making noises all night and people getting ice throughout the night as well. We paid way too much for what we got. Two rooms were over $* for two nights. This is the worst Super 8 I have every stayed at. Very bad experience. Would never recommend this hotel in South Lake Tahoe and would never stay here again.

Me & my friend both agreed this is the worst looking motel among the street. It does not look alike to what we see in the pictures provided here at all. What made me uncomfortable was that they assigned us a guest room for disabled persons. Shouldn't they save the room for those who truly need it? The room was small, old, the bed was too soft we both got backache in the morning. For breakfast they had powdery muffins, bitter orange juice & then okay milk & cereal. McDonald's is not too far away. What really bugs me and got me irritated was that the wi-fi/internet does NOT work at all!!! And I mean, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE internet service. On the other hand, the location is good but again there are many motels out there you could stay. Definitely DON'T recommend and would not stay again. I've never written anything like this but I'm sorry super 8 lake tahoe definitely deserves this review.

THE front of the building looks ok but out behind the building were ya park looks like skid row the rooms seemed clean but were old and in need of repairs looks like an old motel from the 1960s they should spend a little of that fortune on a remodel for the money i would not stay there again i thought super 8s were suposed to be nicer than that

We stayed at this hotelfor 2 nights with our dogs and we had a very nice time. The staff upon checkin were very helpful and extremely friendly and accommodating. when we got there we were given a smoking room so we asked for a non smoking room and the staff gladly prepared one for us. The room itself was a step above from what we had previously been given through online travel website without extra charge. We had 2 double beds in our new room(one for our dogs and one for us!!) The room was very well prepared and clean. The second morning we left for the day and when we returned the room again was well prepared. The service at all levels, the desk, maid service, the grounds, even the plumber we had to have gladly provided his service with a smile was to be commended. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and when or if we can go back to Tahoe, that will definitely be the place we will check first. the young ladies at the desk even allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier. We can not say enough good things about the hotel room we had. the only thing i would like to suggest to make the rooms better is for the hotel to eliminate the use of extention cords by adding more sockets.
