  We were happy with the helpful staff at the beginning of your arrival during our recent stay at this hotel, however found it to be very noisy with given a room right next to a very young family and had to put up with a lacrosse team and church group who were allowed to run up and down halls all night and play loudly in the parking lot late at night. By the time we got to the buffet around 9am the food was gone due to the large groups there and apprently no one refreshing the food. I think also plain waffles were very boring and could have used the addition of some fresh fruit. My biggest complaint was the only reason for choosing this hotel in this area was for the hot tub which was broken! Will pay an extra few dollars and stay at the nicer hotel next time.

  We stayed three nights one week and one night on the return from the Island. The staff are very knowledgable and friendly. Room was very clean and breakfast buffet was excellent. Would stay there again and plan to on our next visit.

  I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The entire staff was always friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure my stay was a good one. I also loved the pool area, especially the big water slide. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. The only downfall is that there isn't much near the hotel, so you definitely should have your own transportation if you choose here.
