  We stayed here overnight on a trip to Cooperstown. The pro's: It is a fair deal for the price, no frills, close to the highway, gas stations, fast food spots, and is relatively new and quite clean.The con's: The lobby and hallways have a STRONG smell of smoke (our non-smoking room was fine though), the beds are fairly comfortable -(not sure if I would want to sleep on them for a few nights in a row), the front desk phone rang and rang when we called for more pillows, so we gave up. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay that is clean and convenient, this is fine. Nothing fancy, but no problems either.

  Our recent stay at super 8 was very clean, and we had a lovely room and a nice light breakfast waiting for us when we were ready to leave the next day. Accomodations were very nice.
