This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Turns out my room backed up to the lobby, even though they sent me in a side door. At 4am they began to set up for breakfast, slamming doors and cabinets on the wall behind my head, throwing plastic bags around. At 5am noise began upstairs. At 6am I called the desk to comment on the noise. Not only was he unapologetic for my lack of sleep, but seemed to think that the amount of noise was reasonable to set up for breakfast, and that "an entire wrestling team" was checking out. As though they couldn't be expected to check out politely like the rest of civilized people. Sadly, I will be finding another hotel for my second night. The room was very clean, smelled clean, was comfortable, accepted pets, free breakfast, lots of TV channels to choose from... unfortunately losing 2 hours of sleep is not worth it for me. They need to invest in some serious sound-proofing. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but not too bad.

Hotel was clean; had no problems with sound from the highway as other reviewers claimed to have had. I was traveling with my two cats, and they were happy to accommodate me with little trouble whatsoever and put me in a room near the entrance so I could easily bring in their crates/ Would definitely stay with again.

I was in town to check into school and visit friends, and was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Was very clean, bed was comfortable, hotel in general was central to all the places I had to go. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone this is a good place to stay while in Omaha. :)

The room was really small, there were parts of the bathtub that were missing. The weather was 107 degrees and our air conditioner didn't work. We didn't call the front desk because we heard them telling other customers there were no more rooms. The outside door lock didn't work. We had to go around to the front desk every time we needed to go back to our room. The staff was friendly and it was a good location.
