The reservations confirmed on-line were not the ones we received at the motel. That was disappointing. Although I will say that we had wonderful customer service from Ashleigh and K-Lee and we would stay again. If and when we make reservations again, we do hope they will correlate with the on-line reservations and when we take our dog it will be clear as to how to make sure we register him.

My stay at Powell WY. was wonderful, the view was breath taking. I flew from Ohio for college hunt for my daughter this hotel was reasonable. The rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable. If and when your in that town eat at Trailhead excellent food and reasonable. I flew into Billings and stay at more popular hotel never do that again.I want to Thank the desk girls at Powell Super 8 they were friendly and helpful and nicest people you ever want to meet...

Nice new hotel. This was just a stop through to sturgis. The room was comfortable. The rooms are nice, but the management failed to setup the frigerator and microwave. They were in the rooms but just placed in there. The parking lot was torn up for construction.
