Room was nice and clean. Although traveling with two kids, they put us in a room with an outside door, which meant going through two locked doors with anxious kids and luggage. Breakfast was good and had a decent variety from make your own waffles, cereal, to fresh fruits and juices. We didn't have time to check out the pool and the hottub was closed for repairs. I cannot blame the hotel for the inappropriate guests in the room next to us the first night, but they atleast tried to deal with them. Other than that, the location is great and the cost was very reasonable. All in all, should we visit the area again and need a hotel, I would gladly stay there again...as long as I can get a room inside the hotel and avoid the several doors to get to my room :)

Great place to stay if you are attending a BYU football game! Price was great and it was right next to the stadium! Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well kept. Excellent breakfast, too. We stay there every time we visit Provo.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good with a variety of both hot and cold items. I enjoyed staying there, and it was much less expensive than some comparable places I have stayed at in the area. It is directly across from Helaman Halls, so the location is very convenient if you have buisness at BYU. They do have a pool and modest fitness center, but I did not have time to utilize them.
