i made reservations for 2 rooms a month in advance on my date of arrival they had cancelled my rooms even though i had paid for them already.. why?? well it was fiesta week and rooms were in demand and i had gotten room at cheaper price so they just droped my reservation didnt even care that i had confirmation sheet where i had paid and told me my rooms were rented out and thats was it.. bad skills on the receptionist no feelings towards my situation and she just ran us off.. DID NOT CARE AND WAS IN FOR MAKING MORE $$ I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR THEY SHOW POOR FRIENDLY SKILLS. my family withh my children were left out in the cold>>>>>>

the hotel was located right off the highway with IHOP next door. Fast food is located within one exit either direction. Quick trip to get to Riverwalk area, took us less than 5 minutes to get back after being at Riverwalk all night. The hotel was extremely loud (foot noise) I heard the people in the room above us walking across the floor all night, my husband said he thought it was in the hallway, either way, the walls/ceilings are extremely thin. Two queen beds which is better than double beds, this was cheapest hotel we could find for that week. I would have rather spent the extra $*dollars and stayed somewhere better. The second day I started looking for another hotel. We stayed here one more night, since our plan was to go to the Schlitterbahn the next day, we decided to check out in the morning and get a hotel in New Braunfels. The pool at this hotel is the size of a large bathtub, we never used it. The hotel staff was ok, no sense of customer service in my opinion, and when we checked out early, they tried to charge me for the next day, I had to stand there and argue to get it fixed and to get a receipt showing the extra night taken off the total. Also the guy "helping" me was talking on his cell phone the whole time, and only hung up when I started getting angry because he charged me for the third night. The beds were not bad as far as comfort goes though, so if you are on a budget and can sleep through anything, it might not be a bad hotel.

The hotel and the rooms were very clean. My kids loved the free breakfast. The staff had maps to any destination you were looking for already printed out. There is an IHOP next door. This hotel was wonderful, and we will definately stay there again!

This hotel is only 1 1/2 years old & so far they have managed to keep it looking new. The hotel is clean, but the parking lot is small. If you are towing something longer than an Expedition, DO NOT think you are going to turn around with ease. It's a one way in, one way out lot. There are a lot of fast-food restaurants in the area 1 exit North & South of hotel. IHOP is directly out the front door of the hotel. The only disappointment is Single Rooms are looking into the back yard of a Tire Shop and someone's back yard. The Double Bed Rooms have the better view.
