  I stayed in this hotel in 2008 as well and it was because of the great service and room quality that I stayed here again for the Sturgis Bike Rally. This is the best Super 8 I have stayed in. The lobby is decorated nicely and it is clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are very nice and clean, the bathrooms are clean as well. The breakfast buffet is well stocked and when something runs out, it's replaced quickly. The location is good. The only thing that troubled me was that the lady whom I believe is the owner is on the phone constantly. I had to wait over 5 minutes to check in while she finished her phone call. I saw the same thing happen a second time later in the day. Minor issue really, but it does relate to customer service. Overall, this is the Super 8 against which I measure all others.

  When we checked in I noticed not one, but three wasps in my room. I informed the front desk and was asked if I'd like a fly swatter to take care of the problem. The staff seemed very unconcerned about the situation and didn't even offer an apology for me having stinging insects in my room. The day staff was very friendly and engaging. The room was what you would expect from a Super 8.

  This is the cleanest, most modern Super 8 I have seen. Staff is very friendly and the room is clean and modern. The continental breakfast was the typical donuts, bagels, cereal and juice, but it was well presented and the area at which it was served was kept clean and stocked.

  Check in took a little too much time, room carpet was stained, toilet was backed up but the bed was new. we did have loud neighbors. not a very good ...

  Check in took a little too much time, room carpet was stained, toilet was backed up but the bed was new. We did have loud neighbors. Not a very good view unless you like brick walls.
  Was close to highway and Wall Drug. I would not stay here again.
