In reading the reviews before I stayed there, they were all so glowing I expected something really great. But I am sad to say the hotel was very standard actually below standard. Therefore I felt cheated and deceived. It makes me wonder if someone from their hotel made those reviews up to attract people. 50 positive glowing reviews far exceeding the number of positive reviews from hotels 3 to 4 time more expensive should have altered me it was too good to be true. This is my first review out of hundreds of hotels I have stayed at over the years therefore you may sense my great disappointment. ABC from AZ.

The rooms and staff at the Hotel were great to work with. The Hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. This hotel is located close to the highway and several restaurants and malls. I would stay here again!!

This hotel is located around everything. Did not have to travel a long time to places we needed to go to. . Our room was great. Very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was great as well. Over all the hotel looks great, The lobby is beautiful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We have already booked our next stay at this same hotel for our upcoming trip in May, 2011. I absolutely have nothing negative to say.

The nicest Best Western we have ever stayed in. Our favorite part was the Patrick, the wonderful omelet cook who made sure everything was excellent. He is fun and very nice. He said that he is very fortunate to work there and the owner believes in spending extra to make sure everything is especially good for the guests. It was nice having skim milk at breakfast (other Best Westerns we have stayed at only had 2%; this one had both skim and whole, and even chocolate syrup, so people can create whatever type they like). Our only complaint is that we forgot to check the alarm clock and it was set for 3 AM. It was very unpleasant being awakened by an alarm at that time. The fitness room had an odd smell; we didn't use it.
