I am writing this because i am very unsatisfied with the way service went after i left the Hotel. I will give them credit for the very nice look and clearness of the hotel. I stayed at the Baronette two weekends ago. The first night was going great until the guest down the hall started screaming and arguing at two a.m waking me and my husband up. We called the front desk and everything was taken care of. The second day everything was going great until the night fell once again. Someone was literally in the hallway fighting. Punching walls and everything. I was in shock. A hotel as nice as this and i wasn't for sure if it was safe to leave the room. I have forwarded my concern to management and have yet to here a response. I even sent a second email and still nothing. This was a little weekend getaway for my husband and i to take the load off our workweek and it ends up being nothing but frustration. I would think twice about choosing them again. Customer Service goes a long way, maybe that's the one thing you guys should really focus on. A not so happy camper
