The hotel is nice, very well-located and quiet. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I used the parking garage 2 blocks away instead of the valet and so saved money, but I will say that the valet always said "Hi" to me as I came and went, so even though I did not use them I feel they would have been helpful and kind as well. I used the workout room and the free computer with internet access, very satisfied. I do like a very quiet room, and so on my second night when i discovered I could hear the person in the next room through the closed dividing door, I asked to be moved and was promptly given a quiet and larger corner room at no additional charge. Anytime I come to Portland this is the hotel I will stay at and I would recommend it to anyone.

I had an incredible time in Portland! The hotel was in a convenient location, comfortable, and easy which always sets the mood on any trip. The staff were all very friendly and made us feel right at home.
