Upon arrival we were told our room was ready just waiting inspection. we waited 7 hrs. Worst room service ever! Waited 5 hrs for extra linens. Unemptied garbage folded extra linens 1 time in 5 nights. dirty glasses Restocked toiletries 1st night and never again including TP. Was offered 100 room credit but no resturaunt would honor it. Had to call resort manager every time to use it. Required 750 room deposit even though I specifically asked about deposits resort fees 4 months prior told there was none. The resturaunts were average and overpriced. The brunch buffet was 2/3 identical to the dinner buffet 2 nights before. The hotel itself was amazing. Our room was stunning but the service was terrible the staff although friendly was clueless. I might stay again but only if for free.

03/29/2011A fantastic hotel. i would recommend staying here to everyone. the hotel was awesome. the room was great. we stayed in the wraparound terrace. good location on the strip.

My wife and I were absolutely amazed with the Cosmopolitan. The decor was a 10, the room was a 10, however the best part of our stay was the level of customer service all employees of the Cosmopolitan provided. Whether it was in the Casino, the shops, the several restraints on site we visited, or the Bars, we were treated very well….like part of the family. Thank you Cosmopolitan, we will always stay with you!

Beautiful hotel, great location. We guessed that because they are new (only open since 12/2010) that they have a few kinks to work out.....like cleaning the room, responding to the customer, answering the phone, etc. The hotel staff did nothing but inconvenience us causing us to spend extra time in the room waiting for calls to be returned (some never came). Wait Bellagio or Planet Hollywood might be better choices until the kinks are worked out. The manager did listen to our complaints and gave us $* in meals but I'm not so sure that it was a fair compensation. We lost hours because of this foolishness.
