If you want to be where the action is, this is the hotel to stay at. Right on Bourbon St, but yet it was quite and comfortable. I highly recommend for the money.

We visited over St. Patrick's Day weekend & had a wonderful time! We had an outside room on Bourbon St., they tell you that it's going to be very loud, but it wasn't bad at all! Honestly, if you are staying on Bourbon St. you need to expect some noise. The bell men were so nice & helpful. The room was very clean & the housekeeping staff were so friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of everything! We didn't even rent a car! Jackson Square is minutes away as well as Harrah's! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! We will definately stay here again!

This hotel was a gem in the middle of the chaos and craziness of Bourbon Street. It was such a great location! We were able to party all we wanted and retreat into privacy and sanity quickly throughout the night! The staff guards the door so stray partiers don't wander in. Want to rejoin the fun? Head back out the front door or step out onto your balcony and you're back in the thrill of things! Be ready for a loud night, though. You can definitely hear the festivities from below while you are in your room at night. Overall, it was a great experience!
