  My father collapsed in the casino during our stay. I received little to no help from the staff. Security found it appropriate to have a conversation with facility staff about getting the blood out of the carpet while my father was lying just feet away. They would not assist in arranging transportation back from the hospital so I was not able to go in the ambulance with my father. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told no one was willing to speak with me. Staff never enquired as to my father"s well-being when I checked out. I would strongly advise against visiting this hotel / casino.
