I've stayed in Travelodge some other places in U.S. This one was much much better than other Travelodge I've stayed before. Room was clean.and surprisingly, coffee maker was really clean. (in other places... it is always too filthy to use. I reccomend this place. They have wifi.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and it is in a great location. The beds were in need of replacement and the power outlets in the wall were worn out and would not hold a cord that was plugged in. Just needs some TLC and an update.

The location was convenient with a wonderful view of Lake Powell & golf course. The golf course happened to be the launch place for the town fireworks display an added treat for the kids on the 4th while we were there. The room was clean and spacious the shower as in most hotels needs a little work. I'm short and had trouble getting underneath the showerhead I don't really understand the difficulty of putting the proper pipe and shower head on with working faucet. Breakfast was adequate both hot & cold selections we however did not eat any other meals here. Pool was chilly but refreshing once you got over the inatial shock of getting in. No other complaints worth the money and the view from the balcony is fantastic.

Not a bad hotel, but I didn't have a great experience. When I arrived they had already put someone in my king room, but gave me a queen handicap room for $* less. Had to park in a no-parking zone because they ran out of spaces (Memorial Day weekend). Even though we were checking out at 11, the maid was pounding on the door at 9. Although breakfast runs to 9:30, they 'forgot to go shopping' and ran out before 9. The showerhead also came off the hose as well.

The office staff were excellent. The room was dirty -- sheets and linen were clean enough, but the blanket on the bed had something dried on it - I didn't notice until the next day because it was so late when we got there and had the lights down low for my mother. The floor had not been vacuumed -- the clock radio was under the bed (which shows me they hadn't cleaned very well) and not working. There was dried coffee spots on the dresser and table and the coffee pot had dried coffee in the bottom of it. Which I cleaned out so I could make us coffee the next morning. When I complained to the office about the clock radio, they did remedy that right away and when we got back later than afternoon, there was a working clock radio there. I said I'd never stay there again, but I probably would give them one more chance and if it was the same condition again, then it would be a flat never again. I can't say enough good about the office personnel, however. They were helpful and friendly. They do need to improve their continental breakfast area somewhat, however. Very few tables and area to sit for that many rooms. From what I could tell, ALL rooms had excellent views. I can say that about the place. Our room faced the dam and bridge and it was beautiful from the window or little balcony outside the room.
