Important Hotel Information
- The Palms charges a 12.43 hotel fee per room per night which will be collected directly by the hotel at check in. This fee includes high speed wireless internet access, local phone calls (up to 15 minutes each), daily newspaper, access to the fitness room, and use of two lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach and poolside. Valet parking is available at a charge of 27.00 per night. A buffet breakfast is also available daily for 24 per person plus tax. Complimentary Tai Chi and Yoga is offered to all guests on certain days of the week, please check with concierge for schedule. Check in time is at 4:00pm and Check-out is at 11:00am.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. It is right on the beach and servers bring your food and drinks right out to you. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. I would not recommend renting a car if you are staying here as valet parking is * per night. Luckily the hotel is in a great location so there are many restaurants ans shops within walking distance. Food and drinks are overwhelmingly expensive but that is probably what you can expect anywhere in Miami. Cocktails are about 16 however they do have a lot of specials on the beach and poolside #40such as a bucket of 5 select beers for 20-30 and two cocktails for 25.#41 Its best to stick to these to avoid spending a ton of money. There is a nice little cafe a block away that serves great Cuban food for very reasonable prices. My husband and I ate there nearly everyday. Im looking forward to coming back to this hotel!

Loved the grounds and access to the beach!! Rooms were very clean and maid service was great! Not enough drawers or storage for clothes in room. Also food and drinks were very expensive! Some great restaurants in surrounding area that were more reasonable in price,especially breakfast and dinner!! I would definitely stay here again!! Hotel and amenities are super!!!

Stayed at the Palms Feb 24th - 28th and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The room and entire hotel is very clean. They provide more than enough towels, shampoos, soap, body wash. The hotel staff/front desk is very friendly and the check-in and out was quick The only downfall for some would be that the hotel is at the northern end of So Beach and is a 20 minute walk to the Lincoln St. shops and restaurants. This did not bother us at all since from the city and love to walk. Plus it is a very nice walk on the boardwalk or street. There are always cabs outside the hotel too. I would highly recommend the Essensia--hotel restaurant. We had dinner there on our last night and the food is excellent. The lunches at the pool/beach are also very good. OveralI, a very nice place and I would stay there again.

My husband and i found it a wonderful oasis within south beach! The staff made our stay OUTSTANDING, from Dora and Robin the concierge(set up all the activities/gave great suggestions for restaurants),waiter at the beach and pool(mike),to the bellman!!! Our room was fantastic, clean ,modern...the bathroom was awesome,always stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. The grounds were lush with palms and many tropical flowers (loved the orchids everywhere!!!!!) made us feel like we were on an island......Walked the boardwalk to ocean drive or caught a taxi not a problem... the happy hour on Thurs. was great enjoyed the mezcal tasting. We will be back again soon!
