We stayed for a week in January for our ski vacation. We love the Park City mountains for skiing and the hotel is conveniently located within a few minutes to all (and you can purchase lift tickets at the front desk). The hot tub and pool are nice to come back and relax in after a full day of skiing; robes are provided in the room and fresh towels are always available at the pool. The rooms are relatively clean with lots of towels, pillows and blankets. There is no thermostat in the room so if you leave the heat on, it will not turn off on its own and the room with get really hot. It is nice to have a free breakfast provided every morning however the quality of the food is really bad. There is some variety provided but the buffet style eggs, bacon, sausage always seem to be cold and not very tasty. We ended up eating yogurt and granola every morning; sometimes the pastries were okay but only on the first day they are out (after that they are very stale). We never tried lunch or dinner there; we did eat at the bar once but again the food was very mediocre. There are much better places to eat on Main Street in town. Every evening around 5 or 6 pm a cart with free hot chocolate and cookies goes around and they are very good! All the staff we met and interacted with were nice and helpful; we shipped our skis over and they held them until we arrived (they also have complimentary ski check). They also have their own underground parking garage which was very convenient and nice to not have to walk outside in the cold and have to deice your car.

Stay in this hotel only if it's free or they pay you and you're desperate for a room. General experience for my friends and I: a loud, smelly hotel with rude management, the second I told them I had a problem with my room, they became defensive, do you think they've heard it all before? I do. I will NEVER stay here again, Not being one to complain, but I have never written a negative review of another hotel in my life, I have stayed at quite a few just in the last few years. I would try to talk anyone out of staying here. Even if I didn't know or like them.

This was a great hotel for the price and location. We would definitely stay here again. The rooms are a little dated, but the staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. We did not realize that the hotel also provides a complimentary buffet breakfast to guests, so that was an added perk.

We booked this trip for our 17th wedding anniversary. The hotel was very loud, we could hear guests in the room next to us all night. We called down and spoke with the hotel front desk employee and they said they couldn't help us. We complained again at 2 A.M and still no help. We will not stay there again. They were also working on rooms on the lovel below us and were loud and there was a musty smell.
