Even with a prom, 2 weddings, a concert, and a convention spicing up the hotel, the staff never faultered. Could not have been more courteous and helpful. Our door lock was broken, the maids called maintenance and the maintenance person rushed to our room to fix it w/ constant apologies from all. I have read old reviews that expressed displeasure w/ the way the staff handled prepaid rooms. This was not at all the case; our stay from beginning to end was delightful.

11/23/2011Great room. okay service. had to go hunt for my reservation but after 30 mins they found it. not to bad! excellent location. need better wait times on valet though.
GREAT ROOM. OKAY SERVICE. HAD TO GO HUNT FOR MY RESERVATION BUT AFTER 30 MINS THEY FOUND IT. NOT TO BAD! EXCELLENT LOCATION. NEED BETTER WAIT TIMES ON VALET THOUGH.

The staff was very friendly and nice. The duck show was cute and a focal point. The lobby is very welcoming and comfortable. We hung around on a nice sofa and listen to the piano player and singers were good. I would recommed The Peabody.
