The rooms are very nicely appointed and the hotel is very nice and easily accessible to all the attractions. The staff is friendly and courteous. I was really starting to think this would be my goto hotel when staying in the Orlando area. Then I went to take a shower and the water came dribbling out due to very low water pressure, hate that! Went to bed and found the beds uncomfortable, slept intermittently during the night. And finally, got up and went out to the Tropinental Breakfast Buffet advertised, and found it is almost $* per person. Even coffee is $*. Wanted to like this hotel, left more irritated, than satisfied.

I booked this hotel from Travel Website and after reading some reviews on Travel Website was a little worried. I found the hotel to be elegant, nicely appointed, with *clean* rooms and welcoming staff. I had NO issues with my stay. The location was good, right off on International drive, and within 5 minutes to both Universal and Sea World. They didn't have any type of market to get snacks, but you are within minutes of a Walgreens. We took the "complimentary" shuttle to Universal a few times. You actually do pay for this in your $*/day resort fee, which also includes internet and in-room coffee. We took the return shuttle at the end of the day and it stopped first at a Best Western that seemed to be far away. Another couple on the shuttle told us that they had taken a cab to Universal and it was only $*. Since it's $*/day to park at Universal, it's well worth any inconvenience associated with the shuttle times (one AM, one PM). We got coffee (Starbucks) and pastries at the Bistro before leaving for the park, both were good. This was the only time I saw the Bistro open, although they also call it a Martini Bar. I could've used one! The pool was very nice, and heated according to my son. I asked the front desk to refer me to a local seafood buffet and the man suggested Golden Corral or Sizzler. Lol. We ended up at Boston Lobster Feast, which was satisfactory, but not outstanding. All in all, this hotel was great!!

I booked a two bedroom suite for a recent bowl game trip and was very pleased with the hotel and staff. The suite was spacious, well appointed and very clean. The staff was extremely courteous. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the price was very reasonable. The location of the hotel was great for our visit to the Universal Studios theme park as well as our Champs Sports bowl game. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we added an additional day to our trip! I highly recommend this hotel.
