We loved this hotel! The beds were very comfortable, the room was so quiet, no banging doors and you could barely hear people in the halls. The bathroom was very large. It was near Bourbon street but not too near so it was quiet. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn't like is having to pay for parking but that's usual for that area. Also, our room looked out onto a rooftop so the "view" was disappointing. However, since we weren't in the room much, that wasn't a big negative. Overall, a great place to stay and a great value!.

The Roosevelt lobby was beautiful. The rooms were updated and nicely appointed though small. The location was very good, convenient to French Quarter without the raucousness. Staff was attentive. Staff forgot to replace towels they took during cleaning but promptly brought them when notified. A negative was that my room did not receive the ESPN channel on the day of US playing in World Cup so I had to leave my room and find a bar with a TV at 8:30am. (Staff checked the TV....never explained that.....got all the other channels.) If you can get a good deal on the room price, a "must stay" hotel. Also no full length mirror.
