  The staff and especially the concierge desk were superb. Location is excellent and taxis are plentiful & very cheap. A room change request was handled promptly and coureously. Found the overall noise level when in the room too high, especially in my first room which had an adjoining door. Found the bed too firm for my comfort. Disappointed that there was only one bar/lounge on the property, and it was a cigar bar with very limited seating. I expect more from this caliber of hotel.
