We stayed here and was. disappointed.... The room was clean, but there was some one smoking on one of the floors and the smoke came through the vent in bathroom and work us up... Had to sleep with outside dooe to patio open to breath..... The maids were wonderful by trying to help but the front desk help seemed not to care.... THE RESTURANT IS WONDERFUL AND VERY KIND PEOPLE... Not sure if I will .go back to the hotel but I will go back to eat...

I VISITED THIS HOTEL MY BIRTHDAY WEEK END... WHICH WAS AUGUST THE 12 TH THRU AUGUST THE 15TH THE DAY I CHECKED OUT.. MY HUSBAND AND I THOUGHT THIS WAS A GREAT PLACE UNTIL WE DECIDED TO GO FOR A SWIM.. WE EVEN INVITED A COUPLE OF FRIENDS TO JOIN US... UNTIL WE DECICED WE SHOULD SWIM THE DAY BE FOR WE WERE SET TO LEAVE.. THE POOL HAD A LOT OF CHEMICALS IN IT WHICH CAUSED ME TO GO TO THE HOSIPTAL... I HAD TO USE EYE DROPS FOR IRRITATION, FOR A BOUT 5 DAYS.. MY EYES WHERE HUGE.. I TOLD THE FRONT DESK THEY GAVE ME 28 DOLLARS BACK.. I WENT TO THE HOSIPTAL. AFTER I MADE IT FROM THE HOSPITAL I DEDCIDED TO TAKE ANOTHER BATH.. MY SKIN WAS IRRITATED AND DRY AND MY HAIR WAS SO STIFF. AS I WASHED MY HAIR IT BEGAN TO FALL OUT. I COULD NOT EVEN RUN MY FINGER THROUGH IT.. I CALLED THE MANGER AND SHE JUST BEGAN TO GET SMART SO I DECIDED TO NOTIFY MY FAMILY LAWYER.. THIS IS NOT AN IDEAL VACTION PLACE... THERE IS A NICE HOTEL NEXT TO IT I PLAN TO VISIT NEXT TIME I VISIT HOT SPRINGS.. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE... BECAUSE IF YOUHAVE A PROBLEM THE MANGER IS NOT UNDERSTANDING AT ALL.. SHE IGNORED ME FOR ABOUT TWO DAYS.. UNTIL I MENTIONED MY LAWYER AND THEN SHE CALLED BACK.. THEN SHE BEGAN TO LIE LIKE THE POOL WAS CLOSEDERLY THE NITE I SWAM, AND THEY DID NOT CLOSE IT TIL THE DAY I LEFT, BEACUSE OF SO MANY COMPLAINTS... THERE ARE NICER HOTELS IN HOT SPRINGS SO BEWARE OF THIS ONE.. YOU CAN SEE THAT THE RATINGS ARE NOT VERY GOOOD ANY WAY. NOW YOU SEE WHY.......... BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

From the moment I tried to check in until I left I was not satified, and the manager did not care. When I arrived at the check-in desk, I was kept waiting 4 minutes, whilethe manager talked with the clerk about what had happen to her the day before. The first room had blk marks on the wall and the rug was raggey and spotted with grime and very smokey smelling. I ask for another room and was given this was had a burnt iron spot in the middle of the floor, the hot water in the face bowl would not work. I was there on a discount trip with Sunbay resort and Virginia said these are the only rooms blocked off for this Resort. I complaint to them, but they did not get back with me until the last day. So I can't recommend them either. the manager need some customer service training. The pool was not clean and there is not restuarant on site. The whole bldg seem to need a makeover. I will never go back and do not recommend this location at all. The bed slept good and it was clean. There was a female clerk, I believe and who was great an very professional. Thanks to both of U.
