This place would have been greaat if they offer more amenities to increase the value. Pay for continental breakfast. No silence. I can hear someone chewing in the next room. Everyone was courteous, no rude atendants.

Great location several hundred feet from Watertower Place and John Hancock building. Staff was very helpful. Had one of the best meals ever at Ditka's in the Tremont. Have breakfast at Tempo,s 2 blocks on your right, it was also really good. We had two rooms, one was excellent, the other was a smaller corner room with an extra window but the room was cold.

The Tremont has the location and staff to make a visit to the Water Tower area of the Magnificent Mile pleasant. The romes are not large, but not small eather. It will be our choice for future visits to Chicago.

Don't accept a lower floor in this hotel. It is a very nice hotel and the staff is wonderful. If you request a high floor the view is spectacular and the rooms are larger. Our first room on the third floor was right next to the elvator with a view of a massive ac unit. It was very noisy and small. We requested to change rooms and were moved to the 16th floor. Awsome view and a MUCH larger room. The location cannot be beat. It is 1/2 block off of Michigam Ave and the John Hancock. You can walk to EVERYTHING. There is a train about 1 block away too. Loved the Tremont!
