Stayed there from 3/18-2 nights. Was assigned in one of the remodel rooms in the red tower on the 25th floor. Room signage may be confusing initially. Very comfortable and quiet inspite of being next to the outdoor elevator. Each morning around 8 a.m. it seems like a relieve steam valve would go off and it lasts for about 5 minutes. It happened twice when I was still in the room. Accounting/Front Office is very slow in clearing the hold amount on my credit card even though I did not have any other incidental charges, It has been already a week since. Would definitely stay there again.

hotel was under construction, and we were not told when we booked it, Most elevators did not work. Had to walk very far to elevator that did. No free coffee as most other comparable hotels I've stayed in L.A. do. Hotel restaurants very pricey. 2 drinks alone was $*! Entire hotel was extremely cold. Charged $* a day for parking! Will not stay here again!

The hotel was nice, it was under remodel though, the place has a lot of stores inside, a few restaurants the price is fair for the food that they have, drinks are strong and good. the locations is great, near the freeway to lax area and Hollywood.

I probably still paid too much for the room at The Westin Bonaventure. Considering there was major renovations ongoing, noisy, can hear the elevator all night long, everything can be heard in the other room/halls, I would not reserve at this Hotel again. Room service was great. I think Travel Website should be informed and inform customers about renovations. I feel I should receive some credit and or a future discount next time I reserve via Travel Website. With that said, Travel Website was great to work with.
