I stayed at the Westin in Buckhead for my first trip to Atlanta and it was amazing. The staff went above beyond the call of duty. they were awesome. The place was immaculate and upscale. There are a variety of restaurants bars nearby. The Lenox mall was right across the street.

The Westin Buckhead is my favorite place to stay in all of Atlanta - excellent staff with customer svc skills above and beyond your expectations will treat you like a VIP. The Exec Club serves a full gourmet breakfast including giant, fresh berries and salmon with the fixings, along with a great cup of Starbucks; in the evenings you can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun set and munching on hot hors d'ouevres. We stopped back after dinner each evening to discover the decadent desserts chef had prepared - fabulous w/a cup of decaf Starbucks - definitely worth the upgrade! The Buckhead location of this top notch Westin is also a definite advantage - you can enjoy the upper end restaurants and shopping right next door at Lennox Square and within walking distance around the neighborhood. We were at the Georgia Aquarium in just 10 minutes! The world's largest aquarium is awesome. My family and I especially appreciated getting away from the concrete high-rises of the city after a long day of exploring, and returning to the fresh air and spaciousness of Buckhead and our beautiful lobby and room, freshening up, then back out for a special evening without having to drive. The Palm Restaurant in the hotel is pricey, but there are many other economical options just a short walk away. The peaceful white tea scent makes a special first impression every time you enter - you'll want to hit the gift shop to take home a diffuser. Hope you get a chance to check it out soon!

Hotel staff were very customer service oriented. I was treated like Royalty from the moment I stepped off the Van and walked to the front door. Everyone was polite and always had a smile on their face. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating, I arrived earlier than expected (6 hours early) and they were able to accomodate me within 20 minutes. Housekeekping staff were also very pleasant and very helpful. Dining at the Palm Restraunt in the hotel was also good. The staff there were very friendly and took time to treat each patron that walked in as if they were very special. Overall an exellent hotel and dining experience. I will definitely stay there again!!!!

We booked this hotel for a quick back-to-school shopping trip for the kids. You can either walk across the street to Lenox Square Mall or drive 2 blocks to Phipps Plaza Mall. The hotel staff was pleasant and efficient. We had some difficulty with some noisy partygoers in the room next to us. One call to the front desk and it was handled to our satisfaction in less than 5 minutes. Our room was nice-good size and well-cared for.
