The whole experience was fantastic! The Crown Center area will keep you busy with shopping, food and cultural attractions. The hotel staff was professional and catered to every need. If you want to eat in the Steak House, make reservations in advance.

This hotel was not worth the money you pay for it at all! If you are rich and dont mind spending all you money then its the place for you! There are a lot of things you shouldnt have to spend money on. You have to pay to make local phone calls, To use the internet (wifi), To use the gym, to park (* per night) for a bottel of water that would normal cost you around * would now cost you about *! The coffee was nasty, ya i understand some people like all the starbucks stuff with the weird flavors, but what about the people who like folgers. Ya you have to pay like * for 6 cups of coffee when you can buy coffee for less then that and get way more then 6 cups. The showers was weird and awful! The water didnt drain into the right drian it ran into a hole in the floor of the bathroom because the shower didnt have any kind of walls to keep the water in. I wanted to take a long hot bath but couldnt because they only have showers.The towls are maybe the worst part of the place, if you like your skin not to bleed then dont use them. They are the worst towls i have ever used! They dont have microwaves, so if you want popcorn you are out of luck! uness you spend the money to have room servies bring you a bag. If you are someone who wants to get away for a weekend or just a couple days one month but dont want to spend all of your money on local calls, bottles of water, coffee and internet i wouldnt go here!

Great modern and very convinently located hotel. The hotel is in walking distance to Amtrak. The room was very clean with great bedding++++. The hotel is a part of a three story mall complex. The stores were somewhat expensive, but it was a wonderful window shopping experience. There were many resturants within walking distance of the hotel. The meals in the hotel were good, the Japnese resturant served great porpotions and we had many opportunities for a variety of foods. This was a great place to visit. We plan too have a return visit with our grand child.

I was satisfied with my 5-night stay. The room was comfortable and the hotel's lobby with natural waterfall in the background is gorgeous, although a bit dark. Easy access to city buses and Amtrak station. I really liked the hotel's offer of a $5 food coupon if you choose not to have your room serviced by housekeeping. The immediate area around the hotel most days is pretty dead after 6. My only complaint with the hotel was a loud motor sound coming from the ceiling, which awakened me at 630am. Turned out to be an air compressor that couldn't be shut off. The blaring noise was too much to take, so after calling downstairs to complain, the manager on duty upgraded me to another room. Could be an ongoing problem with rooms on the 18th floor.
