  The reception of the executive rooms was very bad and did not correspond to a 5 star hotel. The executive lounge was very poor, except for breakfast. The bosola restaurant had very bad service, they prefered to keep tables empty rather than offering them for clients. The aquatic activities, included in the package, were closed due to regatta. The car rental was awful, I had to wait for more than 1 hour to get a car that was booked a day before. The room service was not that good for a 5 start hotel. The concierge service was very good.
