Wow is the first thing that comes to mins! This hotel staff was unwaivering! Polite and very helpful. If you asked and it could be done it was! Very Nice room for downtown in the city. You are welcomed with a warm cookie to enjoy on your travel up to your room. On stepping out of the elevato you have the serene sound of birds chirping, truly calming. I highly recommending the spa tub room. The size of this tub rivals any hotel around. I am 6 feet and could almost lay down completely in the tun! Great hotel with a wonderful lounge on the Roof! I was also impressed with how they handled the Nuew Years Eve crowd control from the party on the Roof! No noise or issues at all...

Contemporary and classy hotel. Great location. Great place for couples or friends traveling to Chicago together. We didn't see it as a great hotel for kids. All hotel amenities are geared towards adults. The room was comfortable, but the sliding bathroom door was a little strange as the design did not allow it to close completely. The only negative was that the evening concierge did not articulate clear instructions to our questions or offer any truly helpful advice. The morning concierge, however, was knowledgeable.
