  The hotel was in a great location, the staff were very nice. The room smelled musty and the carpet felt damp. The bathroom window was stuck open, we asked to get it fixed, but it never got fixed. The beds weren't comfortable to sleep on. The water tasted horrible!

  Our room was never cleaned. the teenage staff made rude comments to our daughter. upon check out they refused to give us a receipt and overcharged our credit card fraudulently.
