We were traveling from Denver Co to Calgary, AB -- we decided that we needed to call it a day, we went with this hotel due to the fact that this chain is usually a safe bet, usually clean and professional. We stayed during the reconstruction phase which wasn't a big deal. We exhaustedly went to our room, where it the beds looked liked they had recently been slept in, but they had nothing else, I said I would sleep on top of the covers, we were that exhausted -- Then went to turn the TV on, didn't work, then no remote control, so much for unwhinning -- Got the kids and husband in their sleeping bags went to take a shower -- and noticed the bathroon wasn't that clean, but when I dropped my towel, I bent over to pick it up to see a pubic hair swept under the sink -- I am not talking 1 or 2 pieces -- but 1 or 2 cups of it, that was the last straw -- maintenance guy had to come clean -- No sorry, no stay on us next time -- or have a free breakfast -- just a I will look into this --- REALLY -- I will never never ever stay their again ---

I stay here 3 times a year for business, and they have re-done the restaurant. New everything....Looks wonderful, and the food is still great as always. I like to stay here because the staff is like my second family...Very accommodating and friendly as ever.

I stayed at this hotel over the Thanksgiving weekend for shopping. Best service I've ever had at a property. I stay every year for this shopping weekend, and they have done some major renovations. The bar is totally remodeled now, and it looks wonderful. The atmosphere around the building is so much better than it was 2 years ago now that they've remodeled. My wife, and kids, and I had both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, and the service and food was excellent. I will continue to stay here and recommend them to all my friends and family.

I stayed in this hotel for four wonderful days and enjoyed every minute there. The restaurant served the best food, my room was comfortable and the bed just what I hoped for. All members of the staff were welcoming and courteous. I will stay here any other time I get to Great Falls! The only negative comment I can make is that the cable TV quality is not too good, but there are renovations going on and it is possible the quality of the picture is being caused by that.
