The low rate made me leery of what I would find, but my stay was full of wonderful surprises (and a couple of not-so-great ones)! Long story short: Two thumbs up! In fact because the rates were so reasonable--especially relative to the amenities provided--my family is planning another trip to Sheridan! My first great surprise came at check-in at about 11:30 p.m. Since I had reserved online, they had my reservation pulled and my room key cards already made! The desk lady was cheerful and welcoming and told me about the breakfast. I was out of there in under 3 mins. I'm not kidding. Wow! Are you listening Marriott, Holiday Inn, etc.??? Here's a basic run down of the good, the bad and the ugly of my Trails End Motel experience: The good: FAST check-in, big clean room, comfortable king bed AND a pull out love seat, table w/two chairs, blow dryer in room, older yet nicely appointed decor, AMAZING breakfast in a lovely, modern dining room included w/room rate, local workers employed in housekeeping (who seemed to be content w/their work/workplace). The bad: the blow dryer kept coming off the wall, no microwave or refrigerator, no "do not disturb" door hanger. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 8 a.m. waking me up and again at 8:40 a.m. to ask if I had any dirty rags to be taken away. Grrr...please leave me in peace! The ugly: busy railroad tracks behind the motel (a bummer for those who can't sleep w/noise--I didn't have a big problem with it). My room had a lovely view of the tracks about 100 ft. away. With large affordable rooms, a great breakfast and an indoor pool, the Trails End is a destination in itself. Nice work motel staff!

Came to town for a baseball tournament. Found this location on line and it well suited our needs. The restaurant food was very delicious, morning breakfast was so appreciated and great. The rooms were basic and had all we needed. The only concern was that the room was not cleaned the next day and we went in search of our own towels. But that should not detract from the great stay we appreciated and the price was right!

Really cute Motel! Front lobby is cute! We had a two bedroom motel room! The beds were very comfy! My kids slept well! The price was a little high for this motel! Wyoming is too high on motel/hotel rooms! We were just passing through and stayed her and did pretty good! The breakfast buffet was awesome!
